Our Project Process

We have a proven refined process that ensures we deliver the creative you want on schedule. Our process allows you to gain unrivalled access to our work and to understand exactly what stage of the build we are on at any given time. Once working on a live creative project we undertake the following process stages:

Planning & Proposal

You tell us what you want. We prepare a detailed cost estimate based on your requirements. During this stage we will also answer any questions that may arise from the proposal and together agree the cost estimate and delivery date. We itemise all costs so no one has any surprises!

You will get a summary of your website or learning piece which will include important details that you’ll need to know. Once the site has launched we provide technical support during the initial launch and for a further month to give you peace of mind. If this is a Design piece for print then we can either arrange the print also at an additional cost or pass the final artwork to you.

Content & Design

To get started we just need 3 things: your approval of the proposal, a signed copy of the proposal from you and the initial deposit. At this stage you’ll be working on getting your content together while we begin on your design. Once we have a design draft of your creative artwork ready we’ll submit it to you for your review.

The Build

The team is now busy building your design masterpiece, but don’t worry, we’ll keep you posted on the progress.

Test, Review & Amend

Now the fun part! Testing out your new creative and making sure things are the way you like them! This part of the process has the following two stages: Stage 1 – You list the amendments required, supply them via email and we carry out the work. Stage 2– You re-visit the creative and carry out a final audit providing any further amendments required. We now deem the creative ready for launch.
